As most of you know I have this sort of tradition (usually with my mama) that we get tattoos and or piercings for our birthdays.
We started in 2014 with our first 2, and then we both got one later that same year. We didn’t get around to getting any in 2015. I think it was mainly because I had too many ideas floating around in my head and I didn’t want to just get one on the fly. Mom was going to get a tattoo but could never finalize the idea.
But in 2016 we got back on track. I was adamant about getting a new one in 2016 for my birthday.
2016…2016…I think whenever we talk about 2016 it’ll be the year that we don’t want to talk about. If you look at 2016 as an overall year for the planet, it pretty much sucked. The memes alone for this year…
But since I’m a very optimistic and positive person, except in the morning, I wanted to focus on some good things I thought came out of 2016.
So this is going to be my 2016 in review, bullet point style.
I wanted to highlight some of my main highlights (lol) for the year.
These are my Likes + Loves for the whole year of 2016.

I thought about starting this series back when I started this blog. Since I was in Fort Hayes at the time I would have had tons of content. That would have been school stuff and not just me having fun, but it would have been kind of cool to see more of my progression. (I think this is my shortest intro – HA) Click Here to Read More
If you know me at all one major thing you should know is my obsession/addiction to music. My headphones are never not on my person. And if they aren’t chances are I will be freaking out and destroying my room to find them. That’s why I have like 4 pairs.
I am constantly looking for new artists and patiently (yeah right) waiting for my favorites to release something new. I’ve never been the person to stick to one genre, if I like it I’ll listen to it.
So I’m debating on starting a “Music Monday” post to follow my QOTW. It could be weekly or bi-weekly.
Maybe talk about a song(s)/album/artist I’m obsessing over that week. And maybe recommend other things from that artist, or even others that I think you could possibly like. I’m thinking of also including my favorite lyrics from the song, or ones that just really stick out to me.
But I’m not 100% in love with the idea so please let me know what you think.
Good idea?? Bad idea?? I’m up for any and all suggestions.
Stay safe out there.
Do you listen to your gut, sub conscience, intuition, hunch, sense, instinct, inkling, or even Jiminy Cricket (that little voice in your head/on your shoulder)??
No matter what you call it we’ve all had one of those moments when you thought better of something, or chose to do something else simply because you just had a “feeling”.

“Sometimes you have to stop thinking so much and go where your heart takes you.”
I am officially 100% committed to this blog.
In the beginning this was just a fun little hobby for whenever something popped in my head I wanted to post about it. Which I actually did quite often for a while, especially when I was always doing something at Fort Hayes. And then I had that whole “design” thing that really just pissed me off and I used that as an excuse to not post. At the same time I decided to create another blog completely different from this one. New Tattoo?? When??:
the other day several days, that I never posted about my 3rd tattoo. If you haven’t seen my post for the other two go check that out. I had the tattoo done by Sid at Bodystain Tattoo & Body Piercing Studio again.
I got the tattoo for my 19th birthday (thanks again mama). Which was back in November, so its been fully healed for about…6 months now (hey at least it’s not a year). In my defense the real reason I hadn’t made this post is because I hadn’t taken any photos of my new ink after it healed. I kept meaning to but it never happened. Click Here to See the Photos etc.
This is kind of an update with a side of advice and a bit of a rant, so this might be long.
So for the longest I could not figure out how to make my categories link to my pages.
You know when you go to a website and it has sections: woman, men, kids, etc. Well for the life of me I could not figure out how to make that work on my blog.
I did tons and tons of research. On YouTube, Google, even the WordPress forums. But people either didn’t have any answers, because I guess I’m the only person ever who had this problem, or they would tell you something to try and it wouldn’t work. Click Here to Read It All
