Sometimes you just need to rest.
I’ve been working really hard on not stressing over things. Like if I happen to not have enough time to write a #MM I won’t freak out but focus on working on other posts and just setting aside time for it next week.
I don’t really write #MM in advance like I do most of my other posts. I just write whatever is on my mind or heart that day or that week.
And I’ve been really tired lately. Work has been taking a serious toll and I feel like my days are just getting longer. So I’m taking some real-time and just resting. Or taking things a little slow. Aunt Flo came yesterday (TMI?? Nah I’ve told y’all worse lol). So I’m going to be extra slow the rest of the week. I’m going to curl up in my bed, I’m there now, and turn on my electric blanket and heater with some tv or music and take some time; and hopefully get some writing done.
I just felt that I had to tell you guys that your allowed to take days slow. You don’t have to be moving at 100 mph to be working hard and productive. Even at 50 mph you can still finish whatever goals you have set for the day. Tortoise and the hare metaphor??
Okay I think I’m going to take a break from the computer, turn up this heater and instagram surf. I honestly could go to sleep right now (#oldladystatus).
